The CyQuant platform is reserved for tier-1 brokers, risk managers from client entities and accredited carriers / reinsurers. Accounts are created upon invitation, after administrative validation (within 48 business hours). MFA authenticator app mandatory from first login.

Personal data processing notice (GDPR Art. 13)

Data controller: CyQuant Management SARL — SIREN 981 436 686, RCS Paris B — 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
Purpose: assessment of your eligibility for the CyQuant platform + commercial qualification (preparing an offer tailored to your profile).
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) — B2B commercial qualification.
Recipients: CyQuant Management management team and DPO only. No transfer outside the European Union (Vercel EU hosting + Neon Postgres Frankfurt).
Retention period: 36 months after the last interaction, unless you request earlier erasure.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. To exercise them, write to hey01@cyquant.com.
If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
Insurance intermediary status: CyQuant Management is in the process of being registered with ORIAS under the COA category (insurance broker). Until registration is granted, no insurance distribution activity is conducted. This form does not constitute an offer or intermediation within the meaning of the IDD.
